Yes! There is no charge to attend GardenPalooza.
With so many plants and gardening-related things to buy, bring your wagon or cart with you! The Bauman’s Garden Center has a fleet of carts but there will not be enough available for the expected number of shoppers. Since this is an outdoor event, rain gear and galoshes if rain is in the forecast.
Yes! Parking is ample and free. Please follow the directions of the parking staff to ensure an efficient and orderly process.
Enter the farm grounds at the “GardenPalooza Parking” sign. You will be guided to the closest available parking. Please do not park at the Farm Store so that our regular store customers can still shop during this event. Thank you!
Yes! We have set aside a clearly marked dedicated parking lot for our handicapped customers that is the closest available to the event area. Valid Handicap Parking Permits must be clearly visible, or vehicles are subject to being towed away. Please note that this parking lot is only partially paved.
There is no centralized checkout at GardenPalooza.
Please pay the vendor directly where you found the plants or accessories you want to buy. Merchandise in the Bauman’s Nursery Yard can only be paid for at Bauman’s Check-out registers at the event or inside the Farm Store (Red Barn).
Cash, Debit or Credit Cards are accepted by most, if not all, vendors. Depending on the vendor, ApplePay is also accepted. Bauman’s accepts all these forms of payment.
Yes! We have a Holding Tent at the main entrance for your purchased items. There is no charge to make use of the service but, you will have to provide proof of payment on your merchandise for them to be held for you.
Yes! Non-aggressive, well-behaved dogs are always welcome; however, they must be always kept on a leash. You are required to immediately clean up after your pet.
As per State of Oregon rules, only service animals are permitted in areas of our Farm Store where there is produce and food service. Thank you for your cooperation.
Yes, we will have several portable toilet units available throughout the GardenPalooza event. Please consult the event map for locations or ask one of our staff members.
GardenPalooza hours are 9 AM – 5 PM on Friday, April 11th and 9 AM – 3 PM on Saturday, April 12th.
Yes! We will have hot and fresh tacos at our taco stand between booths 29 & 30. Inside our Farm Store (Red Barn) we have our famous Apple Cider Donuts, fresh scratch bakery goods (pies, cookies, and more) and our Deli serving delicious sandwiches, salads, hot drinks and much more!
