Firefly Petunia

The new Firefly Petunia is a petunia with something special. It emits a soft glow similar to moonlight in very dark settings (Note: any light contamination i.e. porch and/or streetlights will adversely affect how much glow you will see). It’s the only plant you see when lights go off. It can be grown in pots, baskets, or gardens, quickly attaining about 8-10 inches in size with abundant white flowers. Firefly Petunias flourish under long summer days, preferring at least 6 hours of direct sunlight. Promoting vigorous growth should produce a relatively brighter glow.

The Firefly Petunia will be available for viewing and purchase at GardenPalooza through Bauman’s Farm & Garden starting on Friday, April 11th for $34.99 ea. Look for the large “Firefly Petunia” banner at the event and hurry on over!  Due to high demand and limited quantities, we are unable to offer advance reservations/purchases.
